1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using premiumbifolddoors.com (“the Site”), placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Premium Bifold Doors reserves the right to change these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any system or data, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date published but may change without notice. In-stock availability is subject to change between the time a page loads and the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment
Full payment is due at the time of order for both in-stock and custom configurations, unless otherwise agreed in writing (such as an approved trade account). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

5. Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items ship within the timeframe stated at the time of order; custom items ship per the lead time confirmed at order placement. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery — we will manage the claim with the freight carrier on your behalf.

6. Returns & Cancellations

In-stock, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return freight. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Custom-sized or custom-finished orders are made to your specifications and are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment (in-stock) or prior to production start (custom); once a custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty terms provided with your order documentation at the time of sale. Nothing on this Site expands, modifies, or supersedes those written warranty terms. To make a warranty claim, contact us at the information below.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Premium Bifold Doors or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Premium Bifold Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or its products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
