1. Overview

Lifetime hardware. Ten years on the door. Plainly stated, honored without a fight.

2. What’s Covered

Lifetime Hardware: Hinges, rollers, locking mechanisms, and handles are covered against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your door — no time limit, no fine print.

10-Year Door Panels: The panel assembly — frame, glazing seal, and finish — is covered against manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of purchase.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. It does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation, including installation not performed to our specifications
• Normal wear, minor scratches, or gradual fading over time
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme weather events
• Damage from unauthorized modification or repair
• Freight damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 5 of our Terms of Use)

4. Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected part. We’ll confirm coverage and next steps — repair, replacement part, or replacement panel, depending on the issue.

5. Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners of the property.
